Jamming and Dipping!

Career Collaborative held their first ever Jam for Jobs (a battle of the bands event) at the Hard Rock in Boston. This event was such a success because they implemented the DipJars in as many ways as possible. DipJars facilitated the raffle, live auction, ticket sales and spontaneous donations! The team was nervous that such a flashy event would take away from the fundraising. In fact, the opposite was true! The DipJars and Spark donation display integrated seamlessly, feeling like a part of the event excitement!

The biggest takeaway the staff had, was how the DipJars and Spark were able to enhance the experiences of the staff and donors, while still bringing in some serious donations! The donors enjoyed not feeling the pressure of a paddle raise or auction, while still having a fun way to make an impact toward a cause they care about. The hardworking nonprofit staff was able to relax and enjoy the event, because of the low-effort nature of DipJar and Spark. Over $8,000 in DipJar donations made this event a huge success, and Career Collaborative is excited to continue using DipJar for all their future fundraising!
